Ambition is nothing but an addiction to challenges



  • When your ambitions are self-serving and because you want to feel special and significant - it leads to your happiness but misery to people around you.


  • If your ambition relies on what you can contribute to those you love, your journey is more enjoyable to all.


  • Challenges bring anticipation that kicks in dopamine, which acts precisely like cocaine, to the reward centers of your brain. The secret is to learn to use dopamine rather than be used by dopamine.

    And the way to do that is to balance it with the here and now, gratitude chemical - Serotonin

  • A successful life without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.
  • A sedentary life without pursuit is a wasted life.


  • Life is a dance between ambition, gratitude, fear and goals.

    Fine-tune that, and you have a life as an amazing adventure.
