Lessons from Joe Dispenza:

There are two modes to live in Survival mode / Creation mode. Being in creation mode requires constant change.

Sticking to known patterns feels familiar and we misunderstand it to feeling right.

Going from the old self to the new self is a neurological, biological, chemical, hormonal and genetic death of the old self – and this void is scary. This is why people resist change.

However, the best way to predict the future is to create it – from the unknown.

Your brain is a record of the past and your body is your subconscious mind. Thoughts are the language of the brain and emotions are the language of your body.

The body does not know the difference between a real and imagined experience. So once you vividly imagine a future you want to create, you are embedding a map of the future into your mind.

If you are not being defined by a vision of the future, then you are left with the old memories of the past and you will be predictable in your life.

How you think, how you act and how you feel is called your personality. And your personality creates your personal reality.

So to change your personality – you need to create a new personal reality. Let this new personal reality create your new personality.

Define the personality you want to create then Look at your thoughts, feelings, and actions and see if these belong to the future you want to create.

The end product of an experience in the environment is called an emotion. To change is to become greater than your environment.

Being vulnerable is the way we train emotional capacity.

Thoughts and emotions – Thoughts ( The language of the brain) are the riders – Emotions ( The language of the body) are the elephant. If you let the elephant take charge, the outcome is quite predictable.
