To do lists do not work. Two reasons.

a) It is faking achievement.

b)Creating a priority ranked to do list itself is a task that gets downgraded to a random list.

To do lists looks important because it looks like a checklist – but it is often not.

My favorite approach is a Regret Minimization Worksheet.

What 3 things I will regret not doing today/ this week/ this month/ this year.

I like this model because one thing that always crops up in my list – workout.

Every waking hour I am either working ( on myself, business or relationships) or working out.
